Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards. If you are paying by Switch and your card does not have an issue number please insert 0 and use any start date.

If you place your order before submitting any personal details you will get a summary of your items plus shipping charges.

Shipping And Handling -

Items under 2kg go with royal mail and you get charged royal mail prices which varies on the weight of your purchase all orders over 2kg - 10kg only get charged £5.95 and get shipped with DHL on next day delivery All orders over 10kg - 30kg get charged at £6.99 we aim to dispatch all orders with in 2 working days of receiving your order but out target is all orders received before noon we aim to ship same day proof of postage is always obtained you will get a email when your order is dispatched ( please note that these prices are only based on UK Mainland only ) out side of the UK Mainland will be a surcharge to add

Delivery Schedule -

We Ship on a daily basis excluding Bank Holidays and weekends we aim to ship your order with in 2 working days of your order being received and payed for and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered

Missing, Faulty & Damaged Items -

If your item arrives damaged you must let us know with in 24 hrs of you receiving your order any time after the 24 hours you will not be able to claim your item as damaged.... if you do not receive your order with in 14 days of you receiving your dispatch notification you must let us know with in 5 working days after the first 14 days

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit/debit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
We use SSL security on this web-site for collecting your payment details, with the associated "Padlock" symbol.

Only information collected during the placement of an order is held by us and is solely to enable us to fulfill that order, and is collected by ourselves only, not third parties, and we do not use that information to send out marketing material. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Mega-Pet-City
If you aren't happy with something you purchased, please return it.

A contract of sale will be deemed to exist between Mega-Pet-City and you (the customer) from the time that the goods are prepared for dispatch from our shop.

You should therefore be sure that you read and understand the following If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs.

However, if the product is what you ordered we will deduct the carriage charges from your refund. If your package arrives damaged please report it to us immediately.

You must also report any damaged packages to the carrier at the time of receipt. We cannot issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed. We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it. You can cancel your order by telephone before it is shipped.

If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase We advise you to use a signed for service.
No live food can be cancelled or returned to us once order is placed.

No clearance line items can be exchanged or returned
No Prescription Foods can be cancelled or returned to us once order is placed.
Horse riding hats cannot be returned once purchased.
